- 1. The 36th Contracting Squadron at Andersen AFB, Guam is seeking information on Ordnance Support Services for handling and transportation of munitions. All responses to this notice are voluntary and the Government will not make reimbursement for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. There is no solicitation at this time. 2. Information sought is in the form of capability statements from interested parties who have the necessary expertise/experience to provide Ordnance Support Services for Andersen AFB. Potential sources must provide all materials, tools, equipment, transportation, labor and supervision for the handling and transportation of munitions and related cargo. The services include, but are not limited to, loading, unloading and transportation of munitions and related cargo between Andersen AFB, Guam and the U. S. Naval Base, Guam. Pier side stevedoring services are also required to load/offload ISO containers and break-bulk cargo from ships docked at pier side. 3. All operations shall be in compliance with applicable DoD, Navy, and Air Force safety, security, storage, and ordnance accountability regulations/directives. Additionally, potential sources must be able to obtain appropriate security clearances for access to secured areas on both Andersen AFB and the U.S. Naval Base. 4. Interested parties must provide responses to the items listed below. The documentation to be submitted in response to this notice may also include any similar contracts your firm has entered into, references, and any other information that relates to Ordnance Support Services: a. Source information, including company name, address, telephone number, point of contact, contact e-mail address, and web page address; b. The capability your company has to offer services of this nature; c. Valid CCR information to include cage code and DUNS number; d. Unique business practices utilized. 5. Please submit your written capability statement to either evan.smith@andersen.af.mil or brett.clark@andersen.af.mil by July 16th. The information you provide may be used in formulating any potential solicitation.
