- CONSTRUCTION OF KETTLE FALLS INFORMATION BUILDING, City of Kettle Falls, Colville National Forest, Stevens County, Washington. The intent of this contract is for the complete construction of a 2,100 sf, single story, wood frame, slab on grade, information building. Work includes electrical, mechanical systems, finishes, site work to include excavation, backfill, water, sewer, and electrical utilities, walks, and asphalt roadway. The project is located along State Route 20 in Kettle Falls, Washington in Happy Dell Park. The project is estimated to range between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation package will be posted to FBO and be available for download on or about July 17, 2008. THIS PROJECT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR HUBZONE CERTIFIED FIRMS.
