- Description
- The Government Printing Office has a requirement for armed security services at the Stennis Space Center (SSC)in Mississippi.The Contractor shall, operate, manage, and maintain a uniformed protective security force for the physical protection of the GPO facility at the SSC. Of major importance within this area of responsibility is the need for highly qualified, highly skilled personnel working within GPO?s facility to provide daily security services that deters against unauthorized, illegal, or potentially life-threatening activities directed toward GPO employees, visitors, information, programs, and property. The Contractor shall provide management, supervisory, administrative, professional, and technically trained personnel, also, training, uniforms, equipment, materials, and all supplies necessary to provide routine and emergency protective and security support services required, including unarmed and armed, access control, traffic and parking control, and security surveillance.
