- When this presolicitation notice was previously issued it noted an incorrect solicitation number. The correct solicitation number is N1402082158. PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service (NPS) is currently planning to award a contract for the construction services noted below. A) Project Scope: The contractor shall remove, dispose of and replace doors and windows in three existing residential buildings located in the Yampa district of Dinosaur National Monument, approximately 2 miles east of Dinosaur, Colorado. B) All responsible businesses may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the National Park Service. C) Estimated Price Range: Between $25,000 and $100,000. D) We anticipate a Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued on or about 7/3/08 and will be available through www.fbo.gov. E) Site visit: Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Site visits may be arranged during normal duty hours by contacting Gary Mott at 970-374-3031 F) Proposed Contract Type: Firm fixed price contract with lump-sum pricing. G) Period of Performance: Late summer 2008 H) Evaluation Criteria / Factors: Selection will be based on price and non-price factors. The following are the anticipated non-price evaluation factors: 1. Prior Experience, 2. Past Performance. The National Park Service shall analyze prices to verify they are fair and reasonable per the requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulations.
