Description

The Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate, Rome NY intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source purchase order under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 with Red River Computer Co., Inc. 85 Mechanic St. STE 400, Lebanon, NH 03766-1500 for the purchase of one (1) PuriFile Enterprise License Plan including 20 licenses with one (1) year maintenance and support. Red River Computer Company is the only company with an exclusive software license agreement with the software producer to sell directly to the government. Though this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, information received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS code is 423430.
