- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award one (1) purchase order, on a sole-source basis, to Swank Audio Visuals for technical services. Hotel site for training has in-house services. Using another contractor would incur hotel usage fees, on site support, liability issues that may add complexity. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in preparation of responses to this announcement This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitations documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored
