- The USDA Forest Service is providing an update on the proposed solicitation schedule for the U. S. Forest Service IT Services Acquisition, previously published as a request for information under Solicitation No. AG-7604-S-08-0016. The solicitation is under internal agency review. Once reviews and approvals are completed, Solicitation No. AG-7604-S-08-0017 will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS. The tentative new solicitation schedule is as follows: Solicitation/RFQ Release: August 29, 2008--Questions due from Offerors/Provide Intent to Bid Notice: September 12, 2008--Issue Amendment Responding to Offeror Questions: September 19, 2008--Vendor Pre-bid Conference: Week of October 6, 2008--Proposals Due: October 20, 2008--Competitive Range Determination: November 12, 2008--Bidder Meetings/Oral Presentations, if required: Week of December 1, 2008--Final Proposal Revisions Requested: December 12, 2008--Final Proposal Revisions Due: January 16, 2009--Award of BPA/Notification to Non-selected Offerors: March 2, 2009--Award of first BPA Calls: Week of March 2, 2009
