- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, it is the Governments intent to award a sole source contract to Swish Data Corporation, 17 Feagles Rd., Warwick, NY 10990-2224, for the procurement of hardware, firmware, and services to upgrade the existing enterprise email system at Fort Bliss. This notice is not a formal solicitation and not considered a request for quotation or proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no responses are received by 2:00 p.m., July 11, 2008, the Government reserves the right to execute an award without publishing a solicitation. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
