- The Installation Contracting Command, Regional Contracting Center at Fort Bragg, NC, intends to issue a solicitation for a requirement to provide for lodging, meals, meeting space and audio/visual equipment to accommodate approximately one hundred thirty (130) participants in Williamsburg VA area Strong Bonds Conference. This requirement is anticipated to be a firm fixed price contract with a period of performance that begins 25 July 2008 through 27 July 2008. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 721110 (Hotels [except Casino Hotels] and Motels) with a small business size standard of $6.5 millions. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued under solicitation number W91247-08-T-0121. The RFQ will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractors Registry (CCR) per FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration. The anticipated posting of the RFQ is 3 July 2008.
