- This is a large acquisition for NSN 3010-00-672-8743. Drawings/specification will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Drawing Number 10639 913-313 Amend Nr L. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Current approved maufacturers are Avionics Specialties, Inc. (CAGE 10639) P/N 913-313 and Eastern Air Devices Inc (CAGE 19070) P/N 913-313. This solicitation will be issued on 07/21/08 and closes 08/21/08. The requirement is for a quantity of 145 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. The Government's reqquested delivery time is 210 days. FOB is destination and inspection/acceptance is at origin. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as decribed in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be concidered. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOos on its issue date of 07/21/08. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English lanuage and in U.S. Dollars. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the decribed supplies or services.
