- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice and a written notice WILL NOT be issued. The Department of Navy, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, National Naval Medical Center, Acquisition Management Service, intends to procure the following: DESCRIPTION UNIT OF ISSUE QUANTITY DRY ICE PELLETS LB 20,800 DELIVER 400LBS OF DRY ICE EVERY MONDAY TO BLDG 241 STARTING 01 OCT 08 - 30 SEP 09 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 325120.
