- Requirements: The Contractor shall conduct a review of the training requirements associated with DEA membership in the Intelligence Community (IC). This review should address the various levels of training required, to include the training necessary for: Those DEA personnel in the field and at DEA hqtrs; Personnel, expecially intelligence analysts assigned to DEA Intel Program; Special Agent personnel, remainder of DEA workforce; and Sr. executives and managers at the field and hqtrs levels. Deliverables (electronic and paper format) include reports on: An assessment of the training needs associated with DEA membership in the IC; a modular training program tihat addresses the identified requirements associated with IC membership; an identification of existing courses within the IC that can be used to meet the requirements associated with IC membershipi; recommendations on the integration of this training program into existing DEA training porograms, to include an evaluation of resource requirements within the DEA office of training or other DEA elements to manage and implement this program. Revised capability statement shall be received on or before July 18, 2008 at 10:00 am EDT.
