- The United States Government intends to award a lease, using other than full and open competition to Jackson Oats Shaw Corporate Real Estate. The lease will be for 72,485 rentable square feet of office and related space for three years, two years firm. - Location: Close proximity Sam Nunn Federal Center, 61 forsyth Street, Atlanta, GA 30303. - City Center Neighborhood: Offerors should consider the costs for relocation, telecommunications and tenant improvements. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Streets and public sidewalks should be well maintained - Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The Government has a need for this space until such time as renovations can be completed at their current location. It has been determined that this temporary lease will result in less cost to the federal government when considering continuity of operations, parking and duplication of tenant improvements are taken into consideration as an economic factor. Firms who are interested in commenting regarding the Government’s intent to award this project under Other than Full and Open Competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments to Judy Lee, Realty Specialist, at Judy.Lee@gsa.gov or to her attention at: GSA, Realty Services Division (4PEB), Martin Luther King, Jr. Federal Building, 77 Forsyth Street, Suite 500, Atlanta, GA 30303.
