- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquistion Office - SCRO, Grand Prairie, Texas plans to issue solicitation IFB-DUB-0002 for the upgrade to a fence alarm system consisting of approximately 6000 feet. The project consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor for the complete construction of the work located at the Federal Correctional Institution, Dublin, California. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation will be available on or about July 24, 2008 with an anticipated bid opening date of approximately August 28, 2008. The solicitation will be distributed soley through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website http//www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this solicitation, including any amendments will also be distributed solely through this site. Faith Based and Community Based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
