- A. The prupose of amendment #3 to subject combined synopsis/solicitation is to extend the time and date for the receipt of offers and to incorporate a revised statement of work (SOW). B. The time and date for the receipt of offers is hereby extended FROM: 25 Jun 2008, 5:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time TO: 10 Jul 2008, 6:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time. C. The attached Statement of Work (SOW) dated 03 Jul 2008 is hereby incorporated and supersedes the statement of work reflected in the basic combined/synopsis solicitation. The Appnendix "C"-Safety Requirements are still applicable. D. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
