- The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York at Stratton Medical Center is considering Sole Source Award to its affiliate Albany Medical College for Plastic Surgery On-Call Services.Contractor will be required to provide appropriate on-call schedule and be involved in Resident Supervision. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
