- END ITEM APPLICATION: MTVR FAMILY (INCLUDES TAMCNS D0198, D1062, D1073, & D1213) PR No: 0019069660. This solicitation will contain one NSN – 5342-01-466-6280 for a Bracket Engine Accessory. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Quantity contract for a quantity of 173 each. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Delivery: 128 days ARO. This is a 1G item IAW Drawing NR 19207 12460502. Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about 16 July 2008. Full and open competition after exclusion of sources applies. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From DIBBS homepage, select Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Solicitations heading.
