- In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and FAR Part 8.405-6(a)(2), The New Hampshire Army National Guard intends to award a purchase order for sole source manufacturer due to compatibility of equipment when working with local/state homeland security teams. Reference number W912TF-08-T-0021 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is unrestricted. The North American Industries Classification System Code is 334513 Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables; Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Identified by Line Item numbers are the specific items of this solicitation, they must be quoted as brand/part number specified, not accepting substitute makes and/or models. Quotes are requested for ALL or NONE of the items listed in this solicitation. Item 1: Quantity: 6 each, Description: PAPR-G w/gauge, Draeger Part Number: 4057786 Item 2: Quantity: 3 each, Description: PAPR C420, Draeger Part Number: 40870383 The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items apply. This RFQ is for all items or none. Award will be made to a single responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government based on technical conformance, cost or price, and past performance. Technical conformance and past performance when combined are significantly more important than cost or price. Multiple purchase orders will not be issued.
