- R6-27-08-0174 HR Services. This RFQ is to assist region 6 National Forests to achieve a high quality, productive work force by providing access to the HR services. The qualified Contractors shall have the ability to provide a variety of functions in the field of human resource management The services shall be required to meet a statutory or regulatory requirement. It is the intent of this RFQ to set up Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity IDIQ contract. Work shall be performed for any region 6 National Forest that utilizes the IDIQ resulting from this RFQ. Use of the resulting IDIQ will be accomplished through the issuance of Task Orders. The using Forest will issue a task order that will outline the specific tasks necessary to meet the needs of the forest. Each National Forest in region 6 may obtain all resources including labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, parts, and transportation necessary to provide the required services. Contractors shall perform work in accordance with the revised and most current editions of applicable laws, regulations, collective bargaining agreements and executive orders that pertain to each task order issued under this contract and provided by the using National Forest to the Contractor. The solicitation shall be posted at this site on or about July 17, 2008. The NAICS codefor this project is 541612.
