- 7/3/08 - Third Group of QuestionsQuestions and Answers Solicitation Number VA-259-08-RP-0146 Havre CBOC Prior questions and answers were numbered 1-40 and posted on 6/24/08. Prior questions and answers were numbered 44-55 and posted on 6/25/08. Question 56: Is this a new requirement? Answer 56: This is a new CBOC clinic that will be located in Havre, Montana. Question 57: If not a new requirement, who is the incumbent? Answer 57: Since this is a new requirement, there is not a new incumbent. Question 58: If not a new requirement, what unit price is the Government currently paying for this service? Answer 58: Since this is a new site, I do not have a unit price to provide. Question 59: Does the VA intend to cap enrollment at the estimated numbers in the pricing schedule or other numbers? Answer 59: I will need to refer to the technical group, but I am not aware of the VA planning to cap enrollment. Question 60: Will the VA allow unlimited enrollment of veterans within the defined area? Answer 60: I will need to refer to the technical group, but I am not aware of the VA limiting enrollment
