- Procurement of the following synopsized for sub-contracting purposes only: The Government intends to award System Technical Support Services for Bradley Fighting Vehicle Chassis Modernization / Embedded Diagnostics (CM/ED) on a sole-source basis to DRS Test & Energy Management, Inc., 110 Wynn Drive, Huntsville, AL. The contractor must possess the requisite knowledge of the CM/ED hardware and software design and functionality to be able to provide continued STS support services at existing levels while also considering possible future hardware/software design changes. The contractor must have an extensive working knowledge of the CM/ED design and how it interfaces with the Bradley Fighting Vehicle. Required STS services will include, but may not be limited to, CM/ED software and hardware upgrades, CM/ED logistics support, and CM/ED Field Service support at CONUS and OCONCUS locations. The Government does not possess a complete Technical Data Package for CM/ED. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. However, proposals form responsible sources shall be considered.
