- STATEMENT OF WORK FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE/SUPPORT for RELATIVITY RECORDS MANAGER SOFTWARE INCLUDING the E-LOCK/PROSIGNER ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE SOFTWARE COMPONENT 3 JUNE 2008 Description of Supplies/Services/Deliverables: The contractor, Relativity, Inc, of Jonesboro, AR, shall provide requested phone and/or on-site technical support for Relativity Records Manager software including the E-Lock/Prosigner software component currently installed at WR-ALC/PK for a period of one calendar year from date of contract. Support shall include: •1. Phone support five days a week, Monday thru Friday, 0800 to 1800 EST •2. On-site support if required, Monday thru Friday, 0800 to 1800 EST •3. Support also includes routine and minor software upgrades/fixes as required for continued operation
