- This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officer to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. After receipt and evaluation of three (3) quotes received in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-2(4)(i) and 13.106-3, it is the intent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to make an award to Teel Technologies, Inc. Teel Technologies, Inc. provided the lowest total price of $28,150.00 for the product. The Office of Investigative Technology (ST) has a requirement for the purchase of DataPilot Secure View Mobile Kit (Qty: 8 each) to includes UMPC with Secure View Mobile Preinstalled, Full cable kit, all new cables issued throughout the year, all updates throughout the year and Hard and soft carrying case and shipping and handling charge (Qty: 1 Lot).
