- Assess the existing Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) internal communication and review capabilities and identify alternatives that would provide for electronic central storate, archiving, retrieving, routing and completion of documents that could be accessed throughout the offices under the Associate Administrator for Special Nutrition Programs, FNS, including remote user access. This is a small business set-aside. The Agency is looking for a viable and robust proposal for services to accomplish the minimum objectives set forth in the solicitation. This solicitation is issued IAW/FAR Part 12 Commerical Items utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation can be accessed on the Agency's internet at www.fns.usda.gov/asd/solicitation/sol.htm. The solicitation will be made available by clicking on the solicitation number which will be available by close of business July 3, 2008.
