- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, N65236-08-R-0158, is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through (Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-25 and DFARS Change Notice 20070913. This procurement will be awarded through a competitive process. This acquisition is set-aside 100% Small Business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System code is 423430 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston has a requirement to procure Guidance Software with the following specifications: Encase Forensic V6 embedded version P/N: 10-06-00130-07 - Qty 39 each HASP HL Software key with embedded version P/N: 80-00-00300 Qty 39 each The proposal should include F.O.B. Destination shipping terms. Delivery will be to SPAWARSYSCEN 2921 Avenue B North, Bldg 1639, North Charleston, SC 29405-1639. Delivery is anticipated on or before 01 August 2008. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The Government will award in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 based on conformance to above specifications and lowest price technically acceptable basis. The offeror must submit all descriptive literature, specifications, catalogs, etc., along with their quotation, necessary to meet the requirements of this solicitation to be eligible for award.
