- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4410-08-Q-2017. This RFQ is for the removal and disposal of tires and scrap rubber at DRMO Holloman, Cannon, Kirkland, Tucson, and various locations in Arizona and New Mexico that are listed in section B.7 of the solicitation. This procurement is a total small business set-aside with the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code of 562219. The solicitation can be accessed on the DRMS homepage at http://www.drms.com/. On the left side of the web page, click on PROCUREMENT, then CURRENT SOLICITATIONS, and then locate the RFQ identified above. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed priced contract. All quotes from eligible offerors shall include a completed FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. The following provisions/clauses apply to this RFQ: The following clause under FAR applies: 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration (Oct 2003). IMPORTANT NOTICE: Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to all solicitations. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror/quoter INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. To be eligible to receive an award from a Department of Defense (DoD) activity, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. To register, access the CCR homepage go to www.ccr.gov or call 1-888-227-2423 regarding questions to the CCR. The clauses and provisions included in this RFQ by reference can be accessed electronically at these addresses: http://www.arnet.gov/far/ and http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. Contract award will be based upon the evaluation factors of past performance and price. To obtain a copy of the full RFQ, access the DRMS homepage at http://www.drms.com/. The issue date for this RFQ is 03 Jul 2008, and the closing date is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on 17 Jul 2008.
