- Description
- The Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Logistics Information Service, Battle Creek, Michigan has a requirement for new CISCO switches. This acquisition is issued on an unrestricted basis. Only new-in the box CISCO switches are solicited. The offering of refurbished, rebuilt or an “or equal” switch is unacceptable and will not be considered for award. The sole-source, brand name justification document required by FAR 6.302-1(c) is included as part of this announcement. A.pdf copy of the bid schedule is included with this announcement. Inspection, acceptance and F.O.B are Destination, Battle Creek, Michigan. The required delivery schedule is 30 days after receipt of a signed order. Forward a copy of your standard commercial warranty concurrently with your quotation. The due date for receipt of quotations is Thursday, July 10, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
