- This modification changes the type of requirement from'Construct' to 'Design/Adapt and Construct'. Design/Adapt means a significant percentage of the plans for construction of the Indoor Range building (which will augment the remainder of the total project plans and specifications) will be provided by the Government in the solicitation. The Contractor will be required to incorporate this data into a completed design for Government approval prior to construction of any new work.
