- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Bay Pines VA Health Care System is seeking General Construction firms that are service disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSBs). The firm must be a General Construction firm approved under NAICS Code 236220 with a small business size standard of $31.0 Million, a bonding capacity of approximately $10.0 Million, and must have general construction experience with contracts as the prime contractor in the $5.0 to $10.0 Million range. The project is the construction of an eye treatment center at the Bay Pines VA Health Care System. The facility will be approximately 14,000 GSF. It will be a free-standing one-story building, with interstitial. It will include a 200SF connector to Building 100. At this time, no solicitation exists, therefore, DO NOT REQUEST A SOLICITATION. Contractors having the skills and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirements should forward an email (ONLY) to william.pike@va.gov with the following information: 1.
