- DESCRIPTION: The AKO Project Office will be conducting a web-based collaboration event in conjunction with the recent RFI release. The event will take place with the use of Button 2 technology. The event will be arranged in two parts. The parts are as follows, an approximately one hour briefing on the current AKO functionality, using the audio function, followed by a question and answer period. AKO may take questions from the participants via a chat capability and provide responses via voice or chat response. The session will not exceed a total of two hours. A panel of subject matter experts will be on hand to answer your questions. Due to the limited time available for dialogue, the Government may not be able to answer every question received. Also, given that the AKO/DKO is an evolving program subject to frequent changes, the Government cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information it will provide. The session will be seen and heard by all participants. Should there be technical difficulties, the government may reschedule the event.
