- This is to announce PEO STRIs intent to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract with Ibis Tek for fulfillment of this requirement. Ibis Tek has developed a replacement radio that fits within the current constraints and improves capability. Ibis Tek is the only known company capable of providing the required support for these robotic systems and delivery schedule of 3 completed kits 90 days after contract award and remaining kits by 150 days after contract award.
