- Description
- Government is seeking to lease approximately 16,000 RSF of warehouse space located in Baltimore, MD for occupancy not later than 09/01/08 for a term of 10 years with Government termination rights on or after the last day of the 5th lease year with 360 days prior written notice to lessor. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 15,500 square feet of ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable) for use by Government for the storage of animal cages, scientific equipment, furniture, reusable shelving, casework, documents, records, and one or more electrically-powered and motorized pallet jacks. Occupancy is required immediately. Government currently occupies warehouse space and Government's lease is expiring. Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. Government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, etc. when deciding whether to relocate. Potential acceptable locations must have occupancy availability within 30 days after award. Government reserves the right to modify, amend or cancel this solicitation.
