Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued but the solicitation will be available on the National Business Center website (http://ideasec.nbc.gov) without further notice on or about July 18, 2008. This project consists of the replacement of an existing section of rail on the trolley right-of-way and some re-decking of trolley platforms adjacent to Mack Plaza beside the Merrimack Canal at Lowell National Historical Park, Lowell, Massachusetts. Construction performance period is 75 calendar days. Estimated construction range: Between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code 237990, $31.0 million. This solicitation is set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns.
