- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Mission Patches Pins and decalswhich was posted on June 25, 2008. You are notified that the following changes are made:The purpose of the modification is to provide the description of the requirement asfollows:1. COS Cosmic Origins Spectrograph Lapel Pin, 1 custom shape; Die Struck (1 to point); 1500 each Patches, 3.5 x 3.75; 100% embroidered w/merrow border; 1 pre-production sample; 1500each Decal, 3.5 x 3.75 4 color process, w/one color imprint on back, typeset copy: 1500 each3. WFC3-Wide Field Camera 3Lapel Pin, 1 custom shape ; Die Struck, 1 wide; 1500 each Patches, 4 wide 100% embroidery; Twill Background, waxed border; 1 pre-productionsample.; 1500 each Decal, 4 color process, 8 wide w/one color imprint on back, typeset copy; 4. STIS-R, Space Telescope Imaging Spectrograph Repair Lapel Pin, not to exceed 1.25 wide to scale; Photo Process Imprint; 1 pre-productionsample; Option: Lapel pin soft enamel; 1500 each Patches, 4/8 w x 2 7/8 h, 100% Embroidery; Merror or waxed border; 1 pre-productionsample; 1500 each Decal, 4 x 3.5, 4 color process w/one color imprint on back, typeset copy; 1500 each5.
