- The United States Postal Services intends to proceed with Phase 2 of the Design Build Negotiated GMP Contract for the Nashville, TN P&DC. Phase 1 Design for this project was awarded to Panattoni Construction, Inc on June 23, 2008. This is a build to suite developmental project for the construction of a 625,000 square feet Processing and Distribution Center, a light industrial facility on a 46 acre site in Nashville Tennessee. Business opportunities may exist through Panattoni Construction, Inc for subcontractors within Phase 2 Construction. The total period for design and construction will be 540 days from the date indicated on the Notice to Proceed. The construction cost limits is $ 54,500,000.00. A pre-proposal conference will be held at the following location: Location: Panattoni Construction, Inc. 2525 West End Avenue, Suite 725 Nashville, TN 37203 Date: Tuesday June 24, 2008 Time: 9:00 AM All areas described are approximate; exact areas are denoted on plans and specifications available from LDI Reproprinting Center listed below.
