Description

The U.S. National Arboretum (USNA) anticipates soliciting for bids and awarding an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base one year period with two one year options for paving and cement work for roadways and walkways at the USNA, located in Washington, D.C. Estimated Price Range: Up to $3.0 Million over a 3 year period. Award is restricted to HubZone businesses only. The NAICS code for this Procurement is 237310, with a Size Standard of $31.0 million. Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to repair and/or build, asphalt roadways, parking lots, walkways, cement sidewalks, gravel driveways, including demolition if necessary, subgrading work, painting curves, parking spots, etc. The solicitation, Invitation For Bid (IFB), will be issued in July. The IFB and future amendments will be available, without charge, through www.fedbizopps.gov. Bids will be due in August. Award of contract will be August/September. Pre-Bid Site Visit: The USNA anticipates conducting a pre-bid site-visit; however, the exact date has not yet been determined. Additional information regarding a pre-bid site-visit will be noted in the solicitation. Proposed Contract Type is firm fixed price with unit-pricing.
