Description
DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA) is currently considering a supersceding lease action for the expiring lease that consists of 262,325 ANSI/BOMA rentable square feet of office and related space with eight (8) inside on-site parking spaces in San Francisco, CA. The current lease is expiring and GSA is interested in considering alternative space ONLY if it will be economically advantageous. The government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, etc., when deciding whether it should relocate. The delineated area is the Central Business District of San Francisco, CA bounded by The Embarcadero, Stockton, Bush, Franklin extended to the corner of Mission and Otis, Highway 101, and Harrison. Office space must yield a minimum of 253,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (usable) square feet. The space must meet or be capable of being altered to meet the Government’s specifications. LEASE TERM: The proposed lease term will be for fifteen (15) years firm. POINT OF CONTACT: Expressions of interest should be submitted to the following person in writing, via e-mail, or via fax, and should provide the building name, address, and the offered square footage, a site plan, accessibility to public transit and a list of moderately priced eateries and other employee services located within one mile of the site. Also, the interested parties should include as a part of their offer the Tenant Improvement Allowance of $48.49 per ANSI/BOMA Office Area (usable) square foot, ammortized over 15 years.
