The rentable space must yield a minimum of 1,035 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (formerly usable) square feet, together with six (6) reserved on-site parking spaces, for use by the Food and Drug Administration. Occupancy is required as soon as possible, but in no case later than September 30, 2008.
