- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia intends to issue an unrestricted solicitation for a quantity of 12,500 each, Vacu-Tote Storage Containers, NSN 4130-01-482-5062, Stanley Proto Industrial Tools ((1CV05) P/N 037025R. Drawings are not available. FOB Destination. Inspection and acceptance at Destination. The solicitation includes a 50% quantity option in accordance with clauses 52.217-6 and 52.217-9I09. The requested delivery is 2,000 each/month starting 30 days after the effective date of contract until complete. Pursuant to FAR Subpart 15.101-2, the subsequent award will be made using the “Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process.” Subsequent to the solicitation closing date, the Government may conduct a Reverse Auction (RA) with offerors considered in the competitive range. This acquisition is subject to the Trade Agreement Act of 1979. When providing “other than” brand name a non-returnable sample must be submitted for evaluation. Proposals received offering equal alternate products that fail to meet the salient specification requirements shown above will not receive any further consideration for award.
