Description: The above referenced solicitation issued by the National Assessment Governing Board to develop a Framework and Specifications in Technological Literacy for the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) is hereby amended. Section L8, clause 311-6 of the Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors (page 54 of the solicitation) is amended to change the due date for clarification questions from July 11, 2005 to July 18, 2008. All other solicitation provisions remain the same.
