- This solicitation consists of two parts: 1. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment and supplies, and shall be responsible for the efficient, economical, and satisfactory operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems located within the Alfred A. Arraj U.S. Courthouse, Denver, Colorado 2. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment and supplies for custodial services within the Alfred A. Arraj Courthouse, Denver, Colorado. A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting location will be at the Byron Rogers Federal Building 1961 Stout, Room 160. The point of contact for this site visit will be Tracy Maes, Contracting Officer and Lionel Montoya, Assistant Building Manager.
