Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH BUFFALO COMPUTER GRAPHICS, INC. Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Buffalo Computer Graphics, Inc. as an upgrade path to existing equipment for radar training classrooms as an on-line tool. Proposed contract is being negotiated under Sole Source Authority, FAR Subpart 6.302-1. Proposed contract is an upgrade and award to any other source would result in duplication of cost to the Government and unacceptable delays. No public solicitation will be issued. Contractor to provide and install all necessary equipment for six (6) total LMS upgrades this to include but is not limited to the following for each upgrade: * Desktop PC with 17" monitor * Keyboard, trackball and speakers * LMS Software and License * Cabling * User documentation * Software upgrades to the instructor GUI * Instructor printer * Training upon installation of the first upgrade All equipment to integrate with the existing PCS-200 Radar Simulator and instructor GUI packages.
