- Fabrication and installation of a PIT Tag detection system, modification to dewatering structure, ladder access to valves, relocation of fish bypass flume, and installing 5 new valve actuators, 3 new electrical cabinets and 2 new valve vaults, including all electrical work. Site of the work is Columbia County, Washington. Completion time is expected to be October 22, 2008 to March 15, 2009. Solicitation No. W912EF-08-B-0009 will be posted to the FBO website on or about July 23, 2008. Bids will be opened no sooner than 30 calendar days after actual solicitation issuance date. The actual bid opening date will be contained in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments that may be issued. A site visit will be offered approximately 2 weeks after the solicitation is made available to bidders. See solicitation for details about the site visit. Solicitation is open to both large and small business concerns. NAICS code for this project is 237990, and the small business size standard is $31,000,000 average annual receipts. Estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
