- The purpose of this amend to Solicitation Number DJA08S000026 is to change and add the following: 1) Change the site Description to read as follows; Tear Out and Build In of ATF's Burn Cells in Glynco, GA 2) On page 9 of 44 the Flashover Cells are to include carpet 22oz and padding 3.5 pounds. 3) On page 10 of 44 the Burn Cells, the carpet should be 22oz and include padding of 3.5 pounds. 4) On page 10 of 44 the Complex Burn Building, the carpet should be 22oz and include padding of 3.5 pounds. 5) On page 11 of 44 the Post Blast Practical Exercise Area, the carpet should be 22oz and include padding of 3.5 pounds. 6) On page 12 of 44 under 3.2.1, shall read as follows: Place all debris in dumpsters which are onsite near the Flashover Cell, Burn Cell, Complex Burn Building and Post Blast Practical Exercise Area. All terms and conditions remain the same.
