- Site Walk/Pre-Proposal Conference: A site walk/Pre-Proposal conference will be conducted at 9:00 AM (local time Hill AFB) on Tuesday, 28 July 2008. Contact Linda Lebo 801-777-2206 ext 3018, NLT noon (local time Hill AFB) on the previous regular work day, and provide name, social security number and company name of proposed attendees so that a list can be generated for easier access through the base security gate. On the day of the site walk/pre-proposal conference, attendees are requested to report to the south gate near the intersection of Hill Field Road and Clearfield Road/W UT 193 prior to 8:45 AM (local time Hill AFB). Request a base pass to report to Bldg. No. 366 (COE Construction Office). Purpose of Visit: site walk/Pre-Proposal Conference for this project.
