- This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The Marine Corps Logistics Command has a requirement for garnet blasting material delivered on an as-ordered basis. The award of a Requirements type contract for a base year and four (one-year) option periods is intended. Interested small businesses should email the above Contact to request the solicitation. NSN: N/A DESCRIPTION: 30 X 60 mesh almandite garnet, packaged in 55 lb bags, palletized and delivered in full truck-loads (22 tons). QUANTITY: Estimated maximum is 1320 tons per year. DELIVERY: A separate contract line item for each period will be included for transportation costs. At this time there are two delivery locations. Albany, GA 31704 and Camp LeJeune, NC 28542.
