- ALLMAKEE COUNTY, IOWA The work of this contract consists of providing all labor, materials and hardware (unless otherwise stated) necessary to construct approximately 1,100 linear feet of boardwalk in an environmentally/culturally sensitive environment within Effigy Mounds National Monument, Harpers Ferry, Iowa. Materials included are treated lumber, concrete and recycled content decking (governemnt furnished item), and miscellaneous hardware/fastening components. A HARD COPY OF THIS IFB WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation and drawings available for download in ADOBE ACROBAT PDF format from INTERNET URL http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Magnitude of project: $200,000.00 to $300,000.00. NAICS CODE: 238130, 13 million.
