- CEDAR COUNTY, IOWA The work of this contract includes all material, labor, tool, expandable equipment, utility and transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete in a workmanlike manner, the General, Mechanical and Electrical work for replacement of the HVAC system in the Visitor Center at Herbert Hoover National Historic Site, West Branch, Iowa.
