- This solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set Aside and is for the acquisition of 12,300 units of Hoods, RCP (NSN: 8415-00-782-2808) to be manufactured in accordance with MIL-H-82244F dated 23 March 1993 and pattern dated 1 May 1964. Production lead time begins 120 days after date of award (6 deliveries) to be delivered to Tracy, CA and New Cumberland, PA depots. This acquisition will also contain DOMESTIC RESTRICTIONS, which means that all components and all manufacturing must be obtained/performed within the UNITED STATES. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations in paper form. OFFEROR SHOULD REGISTER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF THIS SOLICITATION OR SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS. THE SOLICITATION CAN BE FOUND ON THE BSM DLA INTERNET BID BOARD SYSTEM (DIBBS) AT https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ AFTER 28 JULY 2008.
