- Contractor to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and technical expertise to prep/paint existing walls, including doors, door frames, and fabric wall covering, for the Drug Enforcement Administration 17th to 20th floors at the Roybal Federal Building, 255 East Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA. Estimated completion: within 120 calendar days. This procurement is reserved for small business under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Plans and specifications will be available on or after July 24, 2008. GSA is not issuing this solicitation electronically. Requests for specifications, plans and plan holders' list must be made in writing, including your street mailing address (for FEDEX), telephone and fax numbers, with reference to GS-09P-08-WK-C-0041, to the attention of Annette Lakes, at the GSA North Los Angeles Field Office, 300 North Los Angeles Street, Suite B300, Los Angeles, CA 90012 by mail or by faxing your request to 213-894-3473. Site Visit: Thursday, August 7, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Proposals due: August 15, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. Cameras are not allowed on federal property. You are required to maintain an active registration in the Business Partner Network's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System and be registered in ORCA. Payments available via VISA.
